I have completed transactions across three states (counting Washington, DC), twelve counties, and twenty-eight cities. I am a true Certified Distressed Property Expert, having foreclosure and short sale properties account for half of my total transactions.
Prior to Real Estate I obtained my B.S. in Applied Information Technology with a Minor in Business. I am highly analytical with the knowledge and skill set of both Web Developer and IT Consultant. I started in the Real Estate industry populating a web database of newly constructed properties and to-be-built homes. I very quickly transitioned to listing coordinator and correspondence manager for several foreclosure properties and traditional sales between three Top Producing agents. I then transitioned to full time buyer specialist, obtaining the NVAR Mutli-Million Dollar Sales Club Award as a top producer in my first year.
