New Express Commuter Bus Service from Loudoun to Tysons Begins in June

Tysons Express – regional bus service established to help commuters with impacts of Virginia Megaprojects construction

LOUDOUN – Beginning June 21, commuters can take the Tysons Express from Loudoun to Tysons Corner.  This new service is designed to help commuters during the construction of Metrorail to Dulles and the I-495 Capital Beltway High Occupancy Toll (HOT) lanes.   Construction of both projects comes together in Tysons Corner.

“With transportation construction hitting an all-time high this summer and fall in and around Tysons Corner, it’s important for commuters to know that there are alternatives to driving in heavy traffic,” said Steve Titunik, director of communications for Virginia Megaprojects.  “Tysons Express can save you time and stress and it helps to get more cars off the road during this major construction phase.”

The Tysons Express Loudoun service includes four new commuter coach buses with free WiFi.
